A cycling tour of the Peloponnese

Radwelt

Small fishing villages, beaches, castles, olive groves and waterfalls… These are just a few of the experiences that German journalist Judith Weibrecht discovered during a week-long cycling tour of the Peloponnese for specialist travel magazine Radwelt (readership 296,000) in March.

In her article, published during August, she described how the experience of cycling through lemon orchards and olive trees made her feel connected with nature and the joy of sampling the region’s authentic cuisine. She also described how “frequent stops for photographs were necessary because the views of the coastline and snow-covered mountain peaks were simply incredible.”
