We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, create engaging content and build/maintain a strong social media presence for our various Social Media accounts. This includes creating and scheduling content, managing the accounts, monitoring social media activity, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. The job requires strong creative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Ability to create engaging social media content, including basic knowledge of working with graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize social media campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and influencer marketing.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Previous experience on tourism-related projects will be considered a plus
